I was reviewing the Hierarchy of Needs which I had done a little research on back in high school. It was a very interesting model of the development of the individual that I thought was very insightful to what Best of Manitoba is trying to be. The first three levels that need to be satisfied are physiological needs, safety needs and love~belonging needs. Once these three are fulfilled then the drive is towards fulfilling the next two levels: esteem needs (self-respect and respect from others) and actualization needs (to seek truth, beauty and justice). In life and in business we should seek fulfillment for ourselves and for others. This matter is complex but it has a ring of truth to it.
